These Terms of Use sets the terms and conditions under which MoneyPlatza.com provides its services. Terms of Use describes your obligations when using the MoneyPlatza.com products and services. We recommend that you read it carefully and understand these terms and conditions prior to use of MoneyPlatza.com web site. USE OF THIS WEB SITE AND/OR PROCEED THE ORDERING OF PLATZAGOLD MEANS YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. The Conditions in this Agreement are subject to change at any time and without notice and the User agrees to review the current terms prior to affecting any transaction through the Company.

Definitions
MoneyPlatza.com is the registered legal corporate entity of the Panama. MoneyPlatza.com offers this services as an independent provider, and is not related to E-Gold, G&SR, OmniPay, EVOcash or E-Bullion.
"GOLDPLATZA" means the international plastic ATM cirrus card, issued to the name of customer, with no name and surname displayed on the card face, for cash withdrawal all over the world, as well as for card funding by e-currencies and wire transfers.
"Customer" means any person, company, individual, corporation, trust or other entity creating, opening and/or operating PLATZAGOLD or using MoneyPlatza.com services.

Fees
MoneyPlatza.com reserve the right to assess and collect fees for our services. All fees are disclosed on the web site. MoneyPlatza.com reserve the right to change our fees at any time and at their sole discretion. MoneyPlatza.com will inform their customers by e-mail 14 days prior the changes will come in force.

Responsibility
Ordered and paid PLATZAGOLD will be delivered by courier mail at the address given as a delivery address. MoneyPlatza.com cannot be held liable for the non-performance of any other company or person in regard to the use of the card or making payment to card or card account. Cards could be funded by payment to the relevant account by any means stated on the site.

Payment or Withdrawal Limits
The total monthly limit for cash withdrawal is US$ 80 000 per one card. If the card balance is greater than USD 80 000, the appropriate amount could be withdrawn in the next month. Fees are subject to change at anytime.

Funds availability
Transferred funds available for withdrawal in min. three hours and max. two business days starting from the date MoneyPlatza.com has received an e-currency payment. Funds transferred to the card by wire transfer (swift payment) are available for withdrawal on the next day starting from the date when the payment has been credited to the card account in the bank.

Tax issues
MoneyPlatza.com are not liable for any users jurisdictional issues regarding accounts, and it is solely up to the user to discuss these products with his/her Tax authorities. It is up to the user to declare any possible funds within these accounts to their Jurisdictions Tax authorities. Any disputes or problems with Debit Cards or account should be directed to the bank and not to MoneyPlatza.com. Referral Fees are not guaranteed on these Cards and are only a limited time Bonus.

MoneyPlatza.com is not responsible for the privacy practices, or the content, of any such web sites. The sponsors of these linked sites are responsible for the accuracy and editorial content of their sites. MoneyPlatza.com does not endorse, recommend or otherwise assume responsibility for any such sites. Unless expressly stated in the Agreement, linked sites are not part of this web site or otherwise affiliated with MoneyPlatza.com.

Confidentiality of personal information
You acknowledge and agree that MoneyPlatza.com has the right to monitor the Site electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request; to operate the Service properly; or to protect itself or its subscribers. However, MoneyPlatza.com has no obligation to monitor the Site. MoneyPlatza.com will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private electronic-mail message unless required by law.

Fraudulent and Scam
Acts of fraud against MoneyPlatza.com, or associates thereof, will result in MoneyPlatza.com sharing any known information related to the act with the appropriate Law Enforcement and Banking Authorities; as well as with E-Gold, G&SR, OmniPay, EVOcash, E-Bullion and interested business associates. In the event that MoneyPlatza.com was to receive messages from other customers or institutions that fraudulent activity may be occurring MoneyPlatza.com will investigate the claims, the customer in question will be asked to disclose full details relating to the business/service in question or alternatively close the PLATZAGOLD forthwith. If the request remains unanswered MoneyPlatza.com will hold the account in question without further notice to the user. Once the MoneyPlatza.com receives proof of ownership of the account, then that account will be open to use by that customer only.
MoneyPlatza.com reserves the right to hold any funds for any transactions that are deemed illegal or may compromise or otherwise adversely affect integrity of funds.

Covering laws
This Agreement and all the terms herein and the relationship between you and MoneyPlatza.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Seychelles Corporate Law and International and Federal Law and Statutes without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

Disclaimer of warranty
YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES AND CONTENT OF THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, MoneyPlatza.com DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT LIABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
