1. What are the benefits of the PLATZAGOLD Debit Card?
With our debit card, you can redeem funds from your e-currency account and transfer them to your debit card account. You can then use this card to withdraw cash at any ATM or use it to pay for goods and merchandise at any Point of Sale (POS) system. It is a very tax efficient way to control your income, as the funds are kept offshore and you withdraw them locally in cash.

2. What are the fees?
The account opening fee is $15. Payment must include the minimum balance of US$25. So the total amount to send is US$40 and includes card printing and mailing.

3. When will I receive my card?
Your card will be sent to you by normal mail delivery directly from the MoneyPlatza. Please allow 7-12 working days for receipt of the card. The account number, ID and PIN come in a seperate envelope a day or two after the card arrives.

4. What do I need to do after I receive my card?
When you receive your card you will need to activate it. You have to log into the members area of this web site and enter the debit card account number (12 digits) into the special box in the MoneyPlatza Members area.

5. Where is this card accepted?
The PLATZAGOLD Debit Card is a Maestro/Cirrus card issued byMoneyPlatza.

6. Can I use this card to pay for goods?
Yes, you can do shopping with this card and use it as a normal debit card.

7. How can I withdraw funds from my e-currency account and transfer them to my PLATZAGOLD Debit Card?
EASY! When you have activated your card, go to the PLATZAGOLD Debit Card section of the web site (members area) and fill out the Card Funding order form. Simply add the type of e-currency and the amount you want to redeem and click submit. Follow the instructions to send the e-currency to our account and we'll do the rest. Your card will be funded ready for you to withdraw money from your local ATM within 12 hours.

8. Are there any limitations with regards to the use of the PLATZAGOLD Debit Card?
Yes, there are. You can only withdraw $2500 cash (via an ATM) per day.

9. How can I check my PLATZAGOLD debit card statement/balance?
You can check your PLATZAGOLD debit card statement or balance using the member area in MonePlatza.com site.
